Meet PTR's Leadership Team

Below are the men and women behind-the-scenes pulling the strings at PTR-Precision Technolgies to help deliver our customers the best electron beam welding services, and equipment solutions available on the market today.

Justin Snowdon

Justin Snowdon

Justin took over as President of PTR in 2024. In his current role, he has P&L responsibility along with strategic planning and overall business development. He has been with the company since 2020, coming onboard as the National Sales Manager. Justin has over 25 years of experience selling aerospace lighting, night vision technology, HF welding and carbon bearings. Justin has also been involved with ISO 9001 + AS9100 programs and is a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Thomas Prior

Thomas Prior

Since joining PTR in 2021 as a Regional Sales Manager, Tom has leveraged over 35 years of Aerospace manufacturing experience as well as Business Development expertise to drive growth. In his current role as General Manager of Sales & Contract Welding, he holds full P&L responsibility overseeing both the strategic sales direction, and the day-to-day job shop operations.

David Trembley

David Trembley

David has been with PTR for 30 years, joining the Engineering department back in 1996 as an Electrical Engineer. With various promotions throughout his tenure he has held the Engineering Manager title since 2019, a critical role to the organization and every electron beam welding system that PTR manufactures. David has over 35 years’ experience in Engineering roles from a paper and plastic coatings plant, to a land-based gas turbine generator manufacturer as well as a printing press equipment manufacturer. He studied Electrical Engineering at WNEC, and has a Masters in Industrial Management from Clemson University- go Tigers!

Richard Haraghey

Richard Haraghey

Rich started his career at PTR in 1996 as a Welder Fabricator having ten years prior welding experience. In his 30 years here, Rich has been promoted to various levels of supervisory work on the production floor and in 2024 he took on his current role as GM of Operations. He oversees the manufacture of PTR’s electron beam welding equipment as well as all facility maintenance. Rich has been a lifelong resident of Enfield, CT for 59 years and enjoys many outdoor activities.

Andrew Green

Since joining PTR in 2015, Andrew has built extensive experience in service operations, customer support, and equipment troubleshooting. In April 2026, he was promoted to Field Service Manager in recognition of his strong work ethic, leadership and overall commitment to operational excellence. Andrew’s proven ability to lead technicians, improve service efficiency, solve complex technical issues, all while maintaining high safety and quality standards has built and extended lasting PTR customer relationships.

Rhody Triblets

Rhody has been with PTR for 9 years, joining as our Quality Manager in 2017. He has a wealth of EB knowledge, with more than 30 years of experience in the welding industry, and over 20 years serving as a Quality Manager. Rhody’s expertise is rooted in direct, hands-on manufacturing and engineering. His knowledge comes from years of electronic repair, weld engineering and research and development. He brings more than a decade of experience performing electron beam (EBW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), stick (SMAW), plasma arc (PAW), laser beam (LBW), and brazing processes. Since joining PTR, Rhody oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes, ensuring compliance with NADCAP, FAA, EASA, and other industry specifications.

Scott Maheux

Scott has 32 years experience in the electron beam welding industry, as well as 23 years fabricating components for US Naval ships and ground power support equipment. Scott joined PTR full time in 2015 as a Welder/Fabricator and in 2018 he was promoted to EB Welder Assembler. Later in 2024, Scott became PTR’s Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for all mechanical and assembly activities, as well as being the direct supervisor for all personnel on the system manufacturing floor.

Daniel Ballard

Daniel Ballard

Dan brings over 12 years of engineering experience across quality, engineering, and manufacturing roles. Since joining the company in 2019 as an Application Engineer for PTR’s Contract EB Welding Jobshop, he has steadily expanded his responsibilities to support company growth. As Engineering Manager, he leads the applications engineering team, overseeing process development, new product integration, and customer engagement.
